Tips And Preparations Before, During & After The Concert
1)Always wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can dance in.
because you will not want to sit down.
You'll be on your feet dancing as soon as each group hits the stage.
2)Eat before you get to the show or after the show is over.
This way you can burn off those calories when you start dancing.
3)Be courtious and polite to others who are trying to get to the show.
Don't run over everybody just because you want to see your favorite group.
4)Get to the venue an hour early so you can have a place to park.
5)If you are part of the media, Photography, PR, Management, Personal Assistant or in a Personnel roll for the group, get your back stage passes before or after the show is over. NEVER ASK DURING THE SHOW.
This way, everything is done decently and in order and it gives the guys breathing room to rehearse, dress, pray and prepare to perform a great show.
5)If you come with a group of people, stay with the people you came with so no one gets lost in the crowd.
6)Be respectful of others and don't try to sing louder or dance harder than the groups. In other words, don't make a scene.
7)For The Hip Hop Crowd--Leave the routyness and drama at home.
We're here to show love, dance, party and have a good time and not to get drunk, hang out and fight or give each other a hard time.
8)Don't come to the show an hour later and expect eveybody to cater to you.
9)Tripod Cameras and Recording Equipment should be properly set up and placed before the show starts.
10)Don't bring anything you don't need to a concert.
Meet and greet eachother and other people with kindness, exchange phone numbers and network with oneanother in a respectable manner.
11)The After Party Venue and driving directions should be picked and handed out a day or two before the show even begins.
12)Keep your money and personal belongings on you or in a safe place.
13)Meet The Guys in a timely manner. Don't rush them to get a photo opp.
14)If some of the guys are going to an all you can eat buffet after the show,
ask for info and directions. These are older and more mature men and we should treat them as such.
15)Have fun and allow others to have fun.
