Another easy dish -- if you like. You can use angel hair pasta or linguini noodes (whichever you prefer). Cook Pasta by directions on package first and set aside. 1-2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp (or however many shrimp you like) 2 tablespoons of green diced onions 2 chopped garlic cloves 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine 2 tablespoons parsley 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce Melt butter or margarine in a sauce pan. Saute green onions (or regular onions) and garlic cloves add lemon juice, hot sauce, salt. Turn down to a simmer. Add Shrimp and Parsley. Let Cook until the "pink" in the Shrimp is gone. Serve over angel hair pasta or linguini. Did I give this recipe to you all before?? (lol!) Well, if I did, here it is again...
