;D Uh, oh! Rossy faces the music: Pop diva Diana Ross told a municipal court judge that she felt forced into taking a breath test during a traffic stop last year. Ross and her lawyer, Stephen Paul Barnard, are seeking to have the results of several breath tests tossed out. They appeared in court Monday to argue their case. Ross was cited Dec. 30 and faces three DUI-related charges. She has pleaded innocent. Police said she had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.20%. The legal limit in Arizona is 0.08%. Ross, wearing a black pantsuit and silver bracelets, testified for about 10 minutes. "I felt a threatening tone from him. You know, like a command, a demand," Ross said, referring to Tucson police Officer Scott Sullivan. Barnard refused comment after the hearing. According to the police report, officers at the scene wrote that the singer was unable to walk a straight line and fell while trying to stand on one leg and count to 10. The 58-year-old pop diva has a home in Arizona.

I guess she felt so threatened, she just crumbled to the ground? Good acting Diane!

Why didn't Diane just admit she was drunk and throw herself on the mercy of the court? She would have been better off than trying to convince the judge that she was not drunk and crying intimidation for having to take a breathalizer test. Hell, if it had been my BBA driving drunk, I would have no recourse but to do what the officer demanded and take my punishment. But, of course, Diane has to make a major production out of everything she does.

Hey FF! I just saw your response. Yikes! Anyway, I agree with you. It seems like Diana has too much pride & wouldn't admit that she did the deed. Lord, even her times of trouble, she is still riding that high horse. She needs to humble herself a bit. Man.

I told ya'all I never thought I would say this BUT, PO DIANE... It isn't so much as drunk and driving as it is the fact that she seemingly has convinced herself that she was not drunk and driving.... whew.... sigh.... It would be easier on her if she just admitted that she was driving under the influence and throw herself on the mercy of the court. But she still has this "celebrity, diva" attitude, but when caught drunk and driving, "celebrity, diva" don't mean crap to the judges.. It's sad. I mean now, this celebrity mess ain't gettin them off. Which actually is the way it should be. Supposed this woman hit a pedestrian. Diane does not seem to realize the serioiusness of this. It's sad. It's a sad affair.... Peace!
