Duchess, you know Rhonda should not have EVEN tried to sing that song. Hell, I can sing better than that. Do you think maybe Rhonda was nervous? Cuz she sure f'd that song up. Why were they crying so? Diane looked crazy as hell with that smudged makeup. I know they love their mother, but did they really expect us to believe that crap about they mama? And that poor little youngest boy...did I hear him correctly? I'm not black or white? Diane looked like she wish the floor would swallow her ass up. She needs her weaved pulled...she should teach that boy that his ass his black. We'll see what color his ass is when he fills out an application and his stoopid ass can't find the box with 'middle' in it! And Rhonda, ooohhh weeeeeee, if she ain't Berry Jr. And they still expect us to believe that Diane told Rhonda that Berry was her father at 13? They all must have been blind! And Diane talking about she didn't want to marry Berry Come one Diane...maybe she has alzheimer's, but I sure don't. I guess she must have called Barbara and asked her if she could be on the show to thwart rumors that she was crazy. She just confirmed my suspicions. The National Enquirer was right.

Hey ((Cap)), I'm playing catch-up. Diane was definitely squirrely during that interview. Them poor boys! Someone needs to tell them that no one does the moonwalk or MJ impersonations anymore LOL. Mixed kids are usually just black (light-skinned black folks LOL). But like I like to say "your mama black, You black" LOL. Yes, chile, Rhonda is definitely BG, jr. Can't you just tell that she tries to run thangs. It seemed she was the only one talking during the interview. That whole interview was so tense and the vibe so phony! Not long after that interview Diane went into the crazy house or rehab (or both ). For those who didn't see the special, you missed a classic diss-fest LOL! I only wished I had taped it. Later

Poor rossy is back in rehab. She cancelled her tour & went back to dry out. Anyway, she'll live & if she's smart, she'd better start making amends with Mary!

RHONDA ROSS That’s Ms. Ross-Kendrick
reported by: Kenya M. Yarbrough (EUR)
*Have you ever wondered what happened to that love child of superstar Diana Ross and legendary Motown founder Barry Gordy? If so, we’re here to tell you she’s doing just fine making a name for herself and becoming her own Renaissance woman -- acting and singing and gaining many fans along the way. Ross starred in the popular soap "Another World" from 1997 to the shows end in the summer of 1999. Since then she’s appeared in performances of the "Vagina Monologues" and has done some singing engagements, showcasing her smooth jazzy style. In performing, Ross gets a little help from her well-known and acclaimed jazz pianist husband Rodney Kendrick. "We’ve always worked well together whether it be just the two of us writing a song together, or practicing together, or whether it be in front of an audience. It’s the best thing. It’s such a blessing to have him, first of all in my life, and secondly, on that stage with me. He gives me a sense of security and peace that I don’t think I have." And what did she get from her famous mother? Well, let’s just say the younger Ross definitely has the spitfire spirit of Ms. Ross. Ross-Kendrick describes her mother's rumored "bitchiness" as more of a side effect of being accountable. "I think it’s important for anyone to take responsibility for your actions and take responsibility for your image and who you portray. So, my mother would never get on stage and have a bad night and [pass on the responsibility]," she defends. "So, in that respect, it’s very important for her to make sure things go the way they’re supposed to go, because it’s riding on her shoulders. But it is a problem when a woman does that, she’s called a bitch. But bottom line, I think she is like that and I’m like that, and I think it’s really a problem if that gets denigrated because that’s an important quality." Though she has her mother’s responsible characteristics, Ross-Kendrick says, that she is hardly close to the diva status of her mother. "Always thought it had a negative connotation. To me a diva means some type of superstar personality. I don’t consider myself that at all and it’s hard for me to consider my mother [like] that because she’s my mother and I get to see her 24/7. I don’t know that I have that, and I don’t know that I want that. What I think I have is an artistry in several different areas -- singing, acting -- that I want to improve as much as I can. I don’t want to be perceived above anyone. In writing ... these films and songs, it’s important that I can communicate with people. I think it’s important that I don’t come off as a diva." Ross-Kendrick says that her move to Harlem four years ago definitely fits into that idea. "Harlem fits right into that. Harlem was the first time in my life that I’ve lived around my people," said the famous daughter who was born in Beverly Hills. "It was a breath of fresh air. I never want to move." With home set, Ross-Kendrick says she’s ready to move on to big projects and what’s up next for the young starlet is music. But you may not see her promoted by a big label with scheduled photo shoots and appearances. Ross-Kendrick says the she’s intrigued by the new way of moving music. "It’s interesting what’s happening with that. The whole recording industry is changing. I’m looking at the idea of owning my own CD and not going through a record label. Doing it ourselves, and selling it over the Internet, like Prince did." No album just yet, but Ross-Kendrick urged us to look out for one in the near future. In the meantime, she’s done a number of dates across the US. "My show is a glamorous show … but the priority is much more in the message of the songs I’ve written and chosen. Opening my heart in such a way that their hearts can feel. That to me is more important," she says.
