:)This is easy and good. I usually fix this when I'm having some people over for dinner and I've worked that day and don't feel like going through a lot of changes.
1 cut up chicken or (I use chicen breasts like 5 or 6) 1 chopped medium onion 1 chopped medium bell pepper 5-6 stalks of celery cubed or sliced to your liking 3 chopped garlic cloves 2 cups of mushrooms (use the cans or fresh it doesn't matter) 1-1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce 1/2 cupWorcestershire Sauce Tablespoon garlic powder Tablespoon seasoned salt teaspoon blackpepper
You can use a "dutch oven roaster" or a regular roasting pan, throw away foil pan (it doesn't matter)
1. Wash chicken 2. pour teriyaki sauce and worcestershire sauce on chicken & put garlic cloves in between pieces (make sure you rub your sauces in on both sides of chicken) 3. Season with garlic powder/ seasoned salt/black pepper on both sides of chicken 4. Cover washed and seasoned chicken with your onions, bell pepper, celery, and mushrooms. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
Steam a pot of rice.
This can be served with a tossed salad.
Serve this dish over rice. This is one pan dish and it is HEALTHY and it's easy to make. I prefer chicken breasts for this dish but if you don't have any chicken breast - any parts of the chicken or you can use a whole fryer. A meal in one pan...

Poo, I am going to try this recipe as soon as I have the chance. It sounds really delish! But I think I will use pasta and chinese vegetables. For a quick fix, I will cook some pasta and throw in some veggies, and I'm good to go. You have given me an idea to dress up my pauper's meal! ;D
