I am determined to learn how to make rolls. I have been procrastinating for years. But by Thanksgiving, I am going to have the best rolls in town! I am going to keep practicing until I get it right!

???I should hope that you know how to make rolls. It's simple. It's not not hard thing.
Dinner Rolls
3 cups all-purpose flour (more if needed) 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 packages active dry yeast 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning -- crushed 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1 1/4 cups 1% lowfat milk 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 egg 3/4 cu grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp melted butter Combine 1 ½ cup flour, yeast, seasoning, and parsley flakes.
In a saucepan, heat the milk, water, 2 tbsp butter, sugar and garlic salt until warm and butter is almost melted.
Add milk mixture to flour mixture. Add egg, and beat on low to medium speed for 30 seconds. Beat on high for three minutes. Stir in ½ cup Parmesan cheese and as much remaining flour as possible.
Turn dough onto floured kneading surface. Knead in enough flour to make a soft ball that is smooth and elastic. Shape dough into ball. Place in greased bowl, turn to coat, and cover. Rise in warm place until doubled in size.
Grease baking sheets. Punch dough down. Turn dough onto floured kneading surface and divide dough into 16 balls. Place balls on baking sheets and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with what is left of the Parmesan cheese.
Cover and rise until nearly double.
Bake recipe dinner rolls in a 350 F oven until brown – about 20 or 25 minutes.
this is an easy recipe for beginners.
