I can hardly wait for the review. I did not get to see any of it because it was not shown in Chicago, but I did see the Peach Drop and the Review singing a little bit of Auld Lang Syne on Atlanta 11 website. It look awesome. The Review is on at the end just for a few moments, looked like a great time. www.11alive.com/Hurry back FNF.

YOU NEVER SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE GIG WAS GONNA BE ON THE OUTSIDE IN 30 DEGREE WEATHER. YOU KNOW I HATE COLD WEATHER. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU STANDING ME UP IN ATLANTIC CITY....IT WAS NOT PAYBACK. ;D ;D.

Finally, I get to give my review!!! Firstly, the Underground was packed like a football stadium! It was about 55 degrees...it felt warmer to me. There, of course, were people of all ages in attendance. I had not been to a concert that packed since the 70's. The energy was high and the crowd was pumped. The Review wore the blue suits with the rainbow...with rhinestone studs. To me it looked like a rainbow over a city nite. As usual, they started off with Standing On The Top. I am not good with the order in which they sang the songs, but I'll do my best. There was one glitch in this concert. They had to take a lot of commercial breaks and it kind of broke the flow of things. Just when they got rolling good, they would have to take a break. To me, Chris had a good nite...his voice was loud and crystal clear when he sang The Way You Do. I was kinda pissed because every time Bernard would sing...it would seem his song was cut short. It seemed like he only did about a minute of Don't Look Back...he didn't even get into it the way he usually does and he definitely rocked Stay and those folks hollering and screaming. David had the crowd eating out of his hand doing My Girl...he and Dennis did a little adlibbing. Be still my heart. David went into Lady Soul...that's when I started ackin a fool! That's my favorite by him. It seems the band was a little fast, but David did a fantastic job. I almost forget that 's Ali's song. When he went into Ain't Too Proud, everybody around me started doing The Temptation Walk...they were having a ball! That's my favorite by him. Of course, Mike did Rainy Night in Georgia... he was ever so smooth. The highlight of the evening was at the stroke of midnight, when the peach dropped. The sky was lit up like the fourth of July...fireworks everywhere...an awesome sight. Their families came on stage and sang Auld Lang Syne with them. David Sea has the cutest little set of twins...they looked like a pair of dolls. After, the peach dropped, Dennis sang Don't Look Any Further...adding Happy New Year, Happy New Year! To compensate for not having a female singer, David Sea sang some of Syreeta's parts and Boochie had a small solo...even playing the guitar with his lips! Whew! Blondie, Dennis was trying to step while Boochie was playing. Now, Dennis knows he should have had me up there singing Syreeta's part. One thing for sure...I missed Greg Dokes on keyboards. The guy that was playing just didn't seem to have it together like Greg. Come back Greg! (((((David Sea))))) Pete...you are the greatest!

I don't care what you say, I know you paid me back for Atlantic City...but that's okay girl...we'll more than make up for it next time. I was trying to give my review, but these damn Bebe's kids are still running around here. I know I forgot a lot, but Ill add more as I remember it. DEFan, I have not looked at the tape yet, as soon as I do, I'll let you know just what we got!

Eizzie, I really did enjoy myself... I still wish you had come...there'll be more concerts. Girl, messing around with my friend, I completely forgot to bring my camera and just bought 6 rolls. The twins looked like they were 7 or 8 years old. I knew it was crowded, but the news said it was 145,000 people there! www.theweekly.com/news/2004/January/02/PeachDrop.html

FNF Sounds like a great time. Did you get to sit close to the front for the concert? It must have been wall to wall people. It is really great that the Review got to play to such a large and televised audience. It can only mean more concerts for them, and more concerts for us to go to. Did you get a chance to look at that tape yet? You know I'm dying over here want'in to get a glimpse. And I'm with you Eizzie, you must have been doing some serious partying not to get back until 4 pm . You know..... you so lucky....... This can only mean that you gonna have a good year if it started off like this!

DEFan, YOU'RE RIGHT. THATS A REAL ACCOMPLISMENT FOR THE REVIEW TO PLAY IN FRONT OF 135,000 PEOPLE. I BET IN NO TIME AT ALL, ATLANTA WILL BE BACK ON THEIR SCHEDULE. IT SEEMS THAT WHEREVER THEY GO ONE TIME AND PEOPLE GET A CHANCE TO SEE HOW FANTASTIC THEY ARE---THEY ARE NORMALLY BOOKED RIGHT BACK IN THE SAME CITY IN A FEW MONTHS. LUCKY FOR FASTNFANCY WHO IS RIGHT THERE IN ATLANTA. DID YOU NOTICE THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN BOOKED BACKED AT THE SILVERTON CASINO IN VEGAS NEXT YEAR. THAT DATE POPPED BACK UP JUST A FEW WEEKS AFTER THEY LEFT THERE IN NOVEMBER. HOPEFULLY THE SAME THING WILL HAPPEN IN ATLANTIC CITY. AS FAR AS MISS FASTNFANCY---I THINK SHE'S HOLDING OUT ON US. I DON'T KNOW WHO SHE THINKS SHE FOOLING

When I saw it on the schedule, I knew that I needed the room, cuz there was no way in hell I was gonna try and get back home with the crowd that was in downtown ATL. The city had been on lockdown since the day before...there was a lot going on downtown and the traffic was horrendous...made rush hour look like Indy 500! ;D Hell, after the concert, we just had a few cocktails and a bit to eat...next thing I knew it was daylight...so we just kicked it til checkout time and I brought my BBA home. All I can say is that I enjoyed myself! I finally looked at the tape and I am a tiny bit disappointed. I got about 30 minutes of good footage, but the bad thing is their commercial breaks did not match the breaks at the concert. Here I am thinking that the songs would not be interrupted...no such luck. A few songs were cut short by the commercial breaks...but I guess I'm lucky to get what I did. I have to take the commercials out now.

OK FASTNFANCY, I GUESS THAT REASON FOR HANGING OUT ALL NIGHT SOUNDS LEGITIMATE . NOW, BY ANY CHANCE, WAS THE HOTEL YOU BOOKED A ROOM AT IN THE SHERATON? ;D ;D. SOUNDS LIKE THE TAPE WAS NOT ALL YOU EXPECTED IT TO BE. EITHER WAY, I SURE WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT.

Eizzie, I thought that since they were taking commercial breaks there would be no interruptions of the songs. NOT! The commercial breaks were not in sync with television breaks, therefore causing some of the songs to be interrupted! I better be grateful for what I did get!
